Netrun Documentation
Netrun is a metaprotocol built on Solana and powered by the Metaplex standard, designed to redefine how non-fungible systems are created and interact on-chain. Rather than a standalone Layer-1, Netrun extends Solana with a flexible metaprotocol layer for programmable, composable non-fungible assets.
Netrun is composed of distinct modules. Each module is an independent system of developers (who build the assets), and validators (who ensure quality and standards).
The Netrun ecosystem enables dynamic, evolving assets that go beyond static NFTs, in proportion to the value of their contributions. Participants include:
- —Developers—Build programmable non-fungible systems. See developing on Netrun.
- —Creators—Evaluate and design dynamic digital assets. See creating on Netrun.
- —Module Builders—Manage the systems that specify the work developers and creators must perform and evaluate, respectively. See Create a Module.
- —Users—Can interact with programmable assets. See Getting Started.
